Welcome to Gudea. By downloading, installing, or using the Gudea app or visiting gudea.fit, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Gudea.
Gudea is a fitness and nutrition tracking app with AI-powered coaching features. Gudea is developed and maintained by VeloVault.
Gudea is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. All workout plans, meal plans, nutrition information, and AI coach responses are for informational and educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any new exercise program, diet, or supplement regimen, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions, injuries, or are pregnant or nursing. If you experience pain, dizziness, or discomfort during exercise, stop immediately and seek medical attention.
You use Gudea and follow its suggestions entirely at your own risk.
Gudea uses artificial intelligence (Anthropic's Claude) to generate workout plans, meal plans, coaching feedback, and other recommendations. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or suggestions that are not appropriate for your individual circumstances. You should always use your own judgment and consult professionals when making health-related decisions.
AI-generated meal plans may include ingredients you are allergic or intolerant to. Always review ingredients carefully before preparing or consuming any suggested meals.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Gudea. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian. By using Gudea, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
Your fitness data is stored locally on your device. If you enable cloud sync, your data is stored in Firebase and associated with your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account credentials. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
You agree not to:
Gudea may allow you to share workout templates and meal plans with other users. You retain ownership of content you create, but by sharing it through Gudea's community features, you grant other users the right to view, download, and use your shared content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your shared content does not violate any third-party rights.
Gudea offers AI credits and ad-free access as in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms and refund policies. AI credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features and are non-transferable.
The free version of Gudea displays ads through Google AdMob. You may purchase ad-free access to remove all advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for details on ad-related data collection.
Gudea, including its design, code, branding, and original content, is the property of VeloVault and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Gudea without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VeloVault and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Gudea. This includes, without limitation, damages for personal injury, health complications, data loss, or lost profits.
Gudea is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VeloVault and its developers from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of Gudea or violation of these terms.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Your continued use of Gudea after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Gudea if you violate these terms. You may stop using Gudea at any time by uninstalling the app. Upon termination, your locally stored data remains on your device unless you choose to delete it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Gudea shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
