Delete Your Account & Data

Gudea (built by VeloVault LLC) gives you full control over your data. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.

Option 1 — Delete from inside the app (fastest)

  1. Open Gudea on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings → Privacy & Data.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Confirm. Your account and all associated data are erased immediately.

Option 2 — Email us

If you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in, email gudeasupport@gmail.com from the address linked to your Gudea account with the subject line “Account deletion request.” We will verify the request and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email when it is done.

What is retained, and why

A small amount of information is retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons:

Subscriptions: deleting your Gudea account does not automatically cancel an active Google Play subscription. Cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store → Subscriptions first, or you may continue to be billed.

Partial deletion

If you only want to delete data but keep your account, the app supports that too. In Settings → Privacy & Data you can:

If your deletion request fails, the app will not let you delete, or you have any other question about your data, email gudeasupport@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. EU/EEA/UK and California residents have additional rights described in our Privacy Policy.
